My little family joined me in my quest to look and feel better. Check it out, I've lost 18 pounds since Thanksgiving and got to stop all the medications the doctor gave me at my last check-up. No more high blood pressure – how cool is that! You can imagine our challenges this Christmas. No sweets means none of the usual stocking stuffers and baking delights.
