This is my next contribution to the Dream 3D swap for the Stampin' Up! Convention. There are sort of three parts to it: the box, the chop stick embellishment, and paper fortune cookies. Here's the inside.
Here's the recipe.
Chopstick embellishment: Chocolate Chip Satin Ribbon, Chipboard, Bali Breeze DP, Chunky Glitter, Everyday Flexible Phrases stamp set, Chocolate Chip classic ink.
Fortune cookies: Colluzel tool, Apricot Appeal cardstock. The edges are inked with Creamy Caramel and I used the spritzer to tool to sprinkle a little Creamy Caramel on the cookie.
The Box: The filler in the box is Taken with Teal and Certainly Celery paper run through the crinkle tool and then our shredder.
For the flowers on the box. I stamped the Embrace Life flower image three times on Apricot Appeal cardstock with Brown Staz-on Ink and then sponged the flowers with Certainly Celery in the middle, Apricot Appeal and the Ruby Red. I gave the flower dimension by cutting one flower in its entirety as the base. I then cut just two petals out the another two flowers and placed the different petals across each other with glue dots. I put Signo White Gel Pen and Dazzling Diamonds on the stamins, and then our flat-back pearls. Here's a close-up of the flower.
The background Take with Teal piece is stamped lightly with Twill stamp set in Taken with Teal ink, and then lightly with Chocolate Chip ink using the French Script stamp set. It's matted with Certainly Celery and lightly distressed chocolate chip.
I found the take-out box at Michaels ($1 each) and embellished it with Bali Breeze paper and the Embrace Life cherry blossoms stamped in Chocolate Chip. I added another little chipboard dangle, and, of course, we have to have ribbon. I found these wonderful orange chopsticks in a China market here in Austin. Here's the whole ensemble. I hope my swappees like it!
