Back to our Regularly Scheduled Program

Decor Thank you all for letting the Keep Austin Weird 5K pictures kidnap our crafting blog for a few days. Now, back to our regularly scheduled program.

I am so excited to be able to show you the new Definitely Decorative product line from Stampin’ Up! I showed you the first sneak peaks here and here, and now the full catalog is on-line for you to view, here.

Here’s what Stampin’ Up! has to say about their new line. “Our Décor Elements product line is self-adhesive vinyl art for walls, mirrors, windows, or other hard, smooth surfaces. It is an extension of our Definitely Decorative home décor line, which is another way to express your creativity–just on a larger canvas than a card or scrapbook page!” What makes it even more exciting is that, like everything Stampin’ Up! offers, the vinyl art is designed to coordinate with other stamp sets and embellishments. And, it’s easily removable when you leave an apartment or classroom or when you’re just ready for a change – cheaper than new furniture and a lot easier than re-painting a room.

For more information, you can view a video, here.

Ready for more good Stampin’ Up! gossip?

  • Demonstrators got a sneak peak at the new stamp sets and colors coming out and, stampers, all of the new stamp sets in the upcoming catalog will be die cut – no more trimming rubber.
  • The new catalog includes a scallop border punch, a shabby chic line of designer paper, and some fun new buttons. Yep, I got all mine on pre-order. Ooo, and there’s a darling sock-monkey stamp set.
  • For the last month that they’ll be available or while supplies last (they’re retiring in August), Stampin’ Up! is putting all the Hodgepodge Hardware sets on sale for 25% off.
  • And, finally, my friend, Debbie McNeill put together this web site, where you can not only see all the retiring sets, but pictures of them as well. These sets will not be available except on sites like Ebay after August 10, Retired List with Pictures.

It’s a hectic but exciting time at Stampin’ Up!. We may have to change the name to “Stampin’ Try-to-keep- Up Up!”
