Stampin’ Up! Convention Gossip

If you follow blogs as much as I do, you know I’ve not been doing a very good job of keeping you up to date with the latest gossip from Stampin’ Up! Okay, it’s not entirely my fault – there’s just so much news it’s hard to keep up. Lots of bloggers have scooped me on getting the word out – but I’m glad, because I want you to get the news any way you can get it – it’s just so exciting.

Okay . . . here’s the incredible gift bag Stampin’ Up! gave us at check-in. The bag doubles as a laptop bag – no doubt in consideration of the 24/7 on-line ordering system for our customers coming this Fall. And, yes, that’s the new catalog, preview catalog and three brand spakin’ new, die cut stamp sets. There were other little goodies in there, too, like Convention pins and pens.

More vinyl rub-ons (Decor Elements) are coming soon, including these holiday beauties.

And . . . oh my goodness gracious gravy  . . . check this out!

That’s the Sissiz Big Shot. Beginning September 2, our customers will be able to purchase the Big Shot, 30 different dies (including 10 exclusive to Stampin’ Up! that, of course, coordinate with our stamp sets), and the freakin’ cute doctor’s tote bag to hold your Big Shot, accessories and dies.

If you like our Decor Elements vinyl rub-on, check this out – we’re going to start carrying raw vinyl in coordinating Stampin’ Up! neutrals (a select few), and you’ll be able to make your own rub-ons with the Big Shot and our dies.

Okay, eye lids are about down . . . but I have to tell you the absolutely most incredible thing that happened to me today. One of my most darling blog readers went to the effort to track me down among 6,000 fellow demonstrators and handed me the most incredible hand-made gifts. She made the most unbelievable mini album and bouquet of candy. I mean, her gift was so incredible that the demonstrators I traveled with took it aside to take pictures of it – every page of the mini album is stamped and/or embellished! But, as incredible as the gift was, the most precious thing to me were her kind words. Seriously, I nearly started crying – its so nice to be loved so generously. Diane from Wisconsin – I love you, too. I promise, stampers, I’ll get a picture of Diane’s gifts up soon.

Drooping eye lids are taking over the rest of my body – off to sleep for yet another day of Convention fun.
