Texas Tues-Steppin’ with Libby and Gang

Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys
Don't let 'em pick guitars and drive them old trucks
Make 'em be doctors and lawyers and such . . .

Well, pardners – it's that time again – Texas Tuesday with Libby and friends. And, I gotta tell ya, we've been busier than a one-legged man at a butt kickin contest!

About three weeks ago, my husband got a fantastic new job in Waco (about 1-1/2 from where we live now). We've been workin' hard to get our house ready to put on the market so we could bid on a house we fell in love with in Waco. Friday our house went on the market and by noon Sunday, we had an offer! We've countered their counter, and – it's sold – in only three days!  Meanwhile, in the middle of all that, our Caitlin had some pretty major surgery. Thankfully, it went great and she's back to helping us decorate our new home and planning her trip to Costa Rica next month. Oh my! Life is good.

So . . . back on the ranch . . . We're making Texas themed cards on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, and you Pardners join in, too. Just add your link to your creations here, to be included in the Round Up next week.

You can follow the links below to sit a spell and howdy to Libby's other Texas Tues-Steppin' gals and guy:

Libby Hickson at Libby's Little Addition
Geeta Suggs at The Crafty Engineer
Shannan Teubner at Pink Tulle with Feathers and Sequins
Betty Schaub at Scrapped Into a Friendzy
Mark Jetton at Deadbeat Designs

That adorable stamp is from Texana Design's Granny Heifer collection. I love how this little cowboy is trying to fit into his Daddy's boots. Yep, you gotta sing along with the Highwaymen for this one.
