Felt with the Heart Recipe Swap Quickfire

The most beautiful things in the world
cannot be seen or even touched,
they must be felt with the heart.

It’s week two of our “Felt with the Heart” Recipe Swap. That means it’s time for the Quickfire Round – where our Chefs dish up what they’ve made with the featured ingredient.

I hope you share my obsession for warm and fuzzy felt because our featured ingredient for the Catered Crop Recipe Swap is felt.

Here's how we roll . . .

  • Just use felt somewhere in your project.
  • Include a link to us at Catered Crop or just add our button, which you can grab on our sidebar or at our {button gallery}.
  • Link up and link often, but be sure you link up by 8:00 PM EST on Saturday, June 9.
  • Keep the party hopping by visiting the other players and leaving comments.
  • Check  back with us on June 10 to see if you’ve won an opportunity to be a guest designer or a prize from a sponsor.

Need some ideas? Here’s a whole Pinterest gallery of creative ways to use felt in your projects.

We have an amazing gourmet ingredient for you to sample. A randomly selected participant will win a 30, 6" x 9" sheets of wool felt. Renae's felt is luscious and luxurious. Unlike its synthetic craft store counterparts it's resistant to pilling and pulling, is beautiful to look at and runs through die-cutters beautifully. After I got my hands on it last year, it's honestly the only felt I use. You can begin curating your own Benzie Bazaar collection from any of 80 yummy colors here.

The Catered Crop Chefs and Guest Chefs, Lisa Minkler, Rebecca Lynn, and Lena Katrine have made some amazing projects. Well, you know, they always do. (I'm so honored to get to hang out with them.) And, we want to welcome our newest Top Chef, Tracy MacDonald. Oh honeys, wait 'til you see what she's up to.

You’ll want to click on the pictures to go to the blog posts for all the details.
