Map It Recipe Swap

And that’s the wonderful thing about family travel:
it provides you with experiences that will remain
locked forever in the scar tissue of your mind.  ~Dave Barry

Thank you for sharing your beautiful creations for our Sequins challenge. And, congratulations to our two winners, Sarah and Lisa.

You’re invited to join our Top Chef designers in next Sunday’s Quickfire and grab the Winning Recipe button. Just contact me for all the details.

Using maps in paper crafts has been a hot trend for the last year, so I’m really excited about this challenge. And, the end of summer seems to be the perfect time for it. If your family is like ours, we have our greatest traveling adventures during the summer.

Repurpose an outdated atlas, grab some of the many travel-themed patterned papers out there, or just get a cheap map at the gas station and join us on this adventure.

  • Include a link to us at Catered Crop or add our button, which you can grab on our sidebar or at our {button gallery}.
  • Link up and link often, but be sure you link up by 8:00 PM EST on Saturday, August 31.
  • Keep the party hopping by visiting the other players and leaving comments. (The InLinkz tool below will give you a blank to tell us which player’s site you visited and left some comment love.)
  • Check back with us on September 1 to see if you’ve won an opportunity to be a guest designer.

Our fabulous designers will be back on Sunday, August 25, with their projects. Until then, here are a few ideas I’ve curated in my Pinterest board: Map It, where you can find the links to all these fabulous projects and more.
