animal house recipe swap

All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful,
The Lord God made them all.
~ Anglican Hymn

Thank you to everyone who gave us such fun and beautiful creations from our Thank You Kindly challenge. Congratulations to Tara and Debbie.

You’re invited to join our Top Chef designers in next Sunday’s Quickfire and grab the Winning Recipe button. Just contact me for all the details.

We’re going to get wild with this challenge. No, it’s not a Toga party or a food fight like the 1978 John Belushi classic. Just add wild life, pets, or any animal (dogs, cats, bears . . . ) anywhere in your challenge. And party on!

  • Include a link to us at Catered Crop or add our button, which you can grab on our sidebar or at our {button gallery}.
  • Link up and link often, but be sure you link up by 8:00 PM EST on Saturday, December 7.
  • Keep the party hopping by visiting the other players and leaving comments.
  • Check back with us on December 8 to see if you’ve won an opportunity to be a guest designer.

Of course, our little Olive puppy will want to make an appearance sometime during this challenge.  And, I have both some sad news and happy news about changes in our design team.

Libby Hickson has been a designer for Catered Crop from the very beginning. She’s a sweet friend and I’ve always been in awe of all the amazing things she does, both in and outside our crafting community. She’s one of the first friends I made as a blogger, and I never want to let her go. But, she has some really exciting things going on and, though I’m in denial, I’m excited for all the wonderful things happening to her. She’ll always be a part of the Catered Crop archives, and, we’ll all stay in touch with her as she changes to “Catered Crop Chef Emeritus” status. Libby, I’ll never be able to thank you enough for all you’ve done for me and Catered Crop!

Libby isn’t easily replaced, but you’re going to flip AND fall in love with our three new designers: Barbara Anders, Lisa Henke and Tammy Herschberger. I’m still pinching myself for having the best of the best all assembled in one place. Dang, I’m going to have to up my game to keep up with Barbara, Lisa, Tammy, Cheryl, Sarah, Silke, Kim, and May. They’re all past winners of our challenges. If you’re here, with me and these amazing stampers, you’re in the right place!

All Creatures

Our fabulous designers will be back on Sunday, November 30, with their projects. Until then I’ve curated some projects to jump start your mojo in this Pinterist board Animal House, where you can find the links to all these projects and more.
