Canning Jar Recipe Swap Quickfire

Canning is a whole world of a thing to do. It requires that you get out of your head. It’s a Zen thing. You cannot be wondering about your inadequacies and how they drove Bob off and be making jelly. You’ll wind up with big, cylindrical jujubes.”
~ Debby Bull, Blue Jelly: Love Lost & the Lessons of Canning

Catered Crop Recipe Swap Button

It’s week two of our Canning Jar Recipe Swap. Time to check in with you and our designers.

For this challenge you can use a canning Jar (Mason, Kerr, Ball, etc.) and fill it, alter it, tag it, decorate it . . . what ever you want to do. Or you can create a card (or scrapbook page) with a canning jar on the card.

  • Include a link to us at Catered Crop or add our button, which you can grab on our sidebar or at our {button gallery}.
  • Link up and link often, but be sure you link up by 8:00 PM EST on Saturday, October 12.
  • Keep the party hopping by visiting the other players and leaving comments.
  • Check back with us on October 13 to see if you’ve won an opportunity to be a guest designer.

For some inspiration, just to go this Pinterest Board: Canning Jars. (I kind’a got carried away with the pinning thing.) And, our fabulous designers are here today to share their projects. Just click on their projects to visit their blog and get more details.
